Gladys is a sweet but shy hound girl looking for love! She is estimated to be around 2 years old, and about 50 lbs. She is potty trained, and good with cats and dogs.
Currently in her foster home she lives with a couple of other dogs and 5+ cats. She has taken some time to decompress in an unfamiliar environment but her foster parent reports that she is slowly playing more with the other dogs and displaying her personality more. We hope that we can find her a nice quiet home with a few other dogs who will help lead her with confidence.
Happy Feet Pet Rescue (Lansing, MI) is a foster-based rescue which means each of our animals are in home environments. We strive to pair each of our rescue animals up with the most appropriate homes. Our adoption process involves an adoption phone interview, reference checks, vet checks, an application review, and meet and greets. We do not adopt any dogs that are expected to be over 50lbs to anyone living in an apartment/condo setting. We do not believe in declawing cats, and we only adopt our cats as indoor cats. We do not have a physical building that you can visit. If you are interested in meeting one of our pets, please complete an adoption application on our website: www.happyfeetpetrescue.com. We do not respond to the Pet-finder Inquiry emails.
