My story

Peppermint is an attractive two year old wearing a classic Black/White Tuxedo. She is mostly black with a white chin, chest, belly, and four white feet that look as if she just stepped in fresh paint. Peppermint has lots of long white whiskers all around her heart shaped face. A bit shy when first meeting people, she will quickly warm up and ask for pets and attention. Peppermint especially likes her head and neck rubbed when she sleeps with her Foster Mom on the bed but may not sleep next to you. She is a sweet and curious Cat and will be a wonderful addition to her Adopter’s home. Peppermint is good with other Cats and will play, especially if toys are involved and she loves to be around her humans. She would also be fine as an only Cat if she will get lots of ‘people time.’ Good food, toys and sleeping on someone's bed would be heaven to her. More about this rescue

Cat Connection 501(c) is a non-profit Cat and Dog rescue organization officially established in 1996. We rescue Cats and Dogs from the shelters and streets, take care of their medical and socialization and adopt them into new homes. Cat Connection is an all volunteer group with no paid staff. All donations and money raised goes directly to the care of our Animals.

Cat Connection Animal rescues include: Los Angeles County and City shelters, Animals from homes that can no longer keep them and sick and injured Animals from the streets.

Animals that come into Cat Connection are fully vetted, including testing for FELV/FIV, vaccinations, de-worming and treated for any illnesses and medical conditions.

Cat Connection is a no-kill Rescue Group; all animals stay with us in our Cattery or foster homes until placed into a permanent home.

We offer the public the courtesy of posting their Animals on our Adoption sites and social media if they need to re-home them.
