My story

This little girl is Asker!

While not positive, we think Asker is part Shepherd and that there may be some Cur or Pittie in there as well.

She's about 25 pounds and should weigh around 50-60 pounds when full grown.

Asker has been around other puppies, dogs, kids adults and loves them all. Cats haven't really been tested but as she's a puppy, with proper introductions and training, she should do just fine with them.

She loves to play and does play a little rough. She's high energy and needs an active home! Mental activity as well as physical activity is a must!

Her adopter will have to continue to work with her on boundaries and appropriate behavior



Asker is currently receiving her puppy shots and will have her rabies shortly.

She is not spayed yet, we recommend waiting until at least 6 months, and a deposit towards her mandatory spay is required :)



She is located in the 29 Palms CA area and is ready to meet her furever and a day family! Adoption applications are on our website

My Best Friend Rescue was originally started in 2017 as an animal rescue sanctuary in honor of the Georgia 107 & Annabella.
Since that time, we have grown and developed in so many ways into who we are now.

We are a nonprofit in-house as well as foster based animal rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs on death row in high kill shelters.

We are dedicated to saving the ones who need us the most.
We provide them with the rehabilitation, love, patience, and guidance each of our dogs may need.
When they’re ready, we continue to work hard at finding them their perfect furever and a day home!
