Sparkles was rescued by a kind person who witnessed her trying to evade tomcats and dogs. She has been diagnosed with mild CH (cerebellar hypoplasia) or wobbly cat syndrome and, as a result, she is a little unsteady on her feet when she walks and has a very slight head shake. CH is neither contagious, progressive or painful. CH cats can lead normal, happy and healthy lives. It does not affect their life expectancy.
Despite her disability she is a sweet, gentle, curious little girl who loves looking out the window watching the world go by. She has an interesting Tabby pattern that makes her even more unique.
An experienced adopter is preferred who can work with her limitations so that she can enjoy life to the fullest. Another cat in the home should be fine as long as it’s laid-back and gentle.
