My story

Tango is a 9 month old, male Boxer/Lab mix. He is a big, goofy boy with legs for days! He just seems to keep getting taller. He is a sweet, curious guy who happily greets every person he meets! Very outgoing, curious & playful. Loves to play in the sprinklers & wrestle his foster siblings. He will happily flop on his back for a tummy rub. His personality & smile always lights up any room! Very dog social.
Crate & leash trained. Housebroke.

Tango was born outdoors in the dirt & soon after caught parvo, along with his whole litter. He was one of the few that survived. We quickly pulled him into our rescue & he began to thrive! He hasnt looked back since! He loves foster care but hopes to find a forever home soon!

Why adoption is a great option

Tango, a Ft Worth Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Ft Worth, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Ft Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ft Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ft Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ft Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
