My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

King is a beautiful 9 year old, brown and white, male, Siberian Husky. He weighs about 65 pounds. King is looking for a new furever home that preferably has other dogs or huskies, and a family that can keep him entertained and exercised.

King is a well trained husky - he is not destructive and he’s fine chilling in the house. He knows basic commands and tricks when treats are available. He is great with people and other dogs. King has a high prey drive like most huskies do. He needs to be on a leash when outside and have a secure home/yard as his desire for an adventure is strong. King travels well and enjoys outings even if it’s just to sit at a coffee shop. He mostly enjoys long walks and is a hikers dream dog.  He can go for hours as long as he has lots of water. King does not bark but howls when he’s happy or you say, "Do you want to go for a walk?”  He usually sleeps on the floor next to the bed and always likes to be close by.
