OUR ADOPTION PROGRAM
All animals in A Life to Live's Adoption Program are in the temporary care of approved fosters within our Foster Program. These programs depend on one another. They were created to provide the services we need to save the lives of animals that would otherwise be roaming the streets, taking their chances in a traditional shelter, or worse. Our fosters are invaluable, as they are the volunteers who make our mission a reality. We are always looking for more fosters to join our team. Help us save lives. Visit our foster page to learn more, or complete an online foster care application today.
MEET OUR DOGS AND CATS
Our adoptables can be seen at regularly scheduled mobile adoption events. If there is a pup/dog/kitten/cat that you'd like to meet, please contact us with the specific animal you're interested in. Due to limited space at our adoption events, not every adoptable is with us at each time. But we can make sure the animal you're interested is there, if you let us know in advance. If you view our event calendar and don't see an adoption event in the time frame that you're looking to adopt, then please contact us. We are flexible and can set up separate meet-and-greets for approved applicants. The completion and submission of our online canine or feline adoption application is required for meet-and-greets outside of our scheduled events.
FEES AND FORMS
Our adoption fees vary throughout the year with promotions and specials that we offer. For current fees, please contact us at adopt@adopttosave.org. At the time of adoption, our pets will be up to date on their vaccinations, microchipped, on heartworm preventative, dewormed, and spayed/neutered. We provide a copy of the pet's medical records to each approved adopter. Our adoption fees may vary throughout the year depending on promotions or added programs, such as our Seniors for Seniors Program. And, because of our awesome supporters and donors, you may come across an adoptable with a waived adoption fee due to sponsorship.
