My story

This handsome boy sits on command and is a great companion on the leash. He gets along famously with other dogs and cats. Moose is quite the gentleman and has a great, sunshiney disposition. He is curious about the world around him and craves pets and kisses (okay, and treats, too). Moose is crate-trained and a great travel companion. He loves car rides. Moose's ideal home is one where he'll get to enjoy the great outdoors, whether on a hike or fetching balls. A home with a lot of love by pet parents who will remain committed to him.

Moose and his partner were dumped in Harris County, Texas in late April 2022. Lucky for Moose, a loving couple rescued them and searched high and low for an animal rescue organization that would take them in.

$500 Adoption Fee + Transportation Cost.

More about this rescue

Mission Statement: To provide a safe environment for neglected or abused canines that need a place to rehabilitate or be in foster care until a permanent home can be established for them. To work with like and assist like-minded animal assistance organizations and assist them with providing sanctuary and rehabilitation for canines until permanent homes can be established for them. We started as a private rescue over 10 years ago and we are now a 501c3. Our goal is to help the homeless and neglected dogs in Texas and to do what we can to educate on the value of spay and neuter so the tragic loss of life of dogs and cats can be prevented.
