Meet SheRa! She is spunky girl with TONS of energy! She is around 1 1/2 to 2 years old. Adopted as a puppy from the OKC shelter, she was found wandering the streets almost two years later. We tried to contact her adopters but they wouldn't answer us. SheRa is a sweet girl but needs a lot of exercise, attention and patience. She would do best in a home without kids as she is very active and strong. She is currently going through training in her foster home to help with her basic manners, commands and her anxiety of new environments. Her new home will need to be a house with a large yard to run. Her current foster home has four other dogs and she gets along great. SheRa is definitely an alpha so she might do best as an only dog or with a male her size or larger. SheRa is potty trained and knows the doggy door. She does well in a crate. This sweet girl deserves a second chance at life and will be an amazing companion to an active owner. Please give SheRa a chance!

Cats one year old and older are $75 and kittens under one year of age are $100 to adopt. Puppies are $200, dogs 1-7 years old are $175, and dogs 8 years and older are $150.

Every year thousands of animals are euthanized or sent home to die because the people who love them cannot afford the cost of veterinary care. Stray and abandoned animals have even fewer options when they are brought into a clinic or veterinary office with no owner to pay for their care.
At The Bella Foundation, we believe that every animal should receive the best possible care regardless of the owner's ability to pay. When an owner brings an animal into a clinic for care and cannot afford the cost, the attending veterinarian can contact The Bella Foundation for assistance. If assistance is given, the owner must agree to volunteer at least 8 hours of their time at a local animal shelter. Stray or abandoned animals are cared for with no stipulation attached.
