My story

Hi, I’m Remi! I’m a 6 month old German Pointer mix. I’m super sweet and love to give lots of kisses and snuggles. I have a ton of energy! I love to play in the backyard and go for long walks. I am a big chewer, so I have lots of toys to play with. My mom rescued me at 7 weeks, and I was so shy and scared- I still tend to be a bit shy at times, but I warm up real quick! I am crate trained- but haven’t figured out house training yet. I love people and dogs of all ages! I have an awesome 9 year old fur brother that I love and can tend to be a little too much energy for, lol. I am up to date on all of my shots/vaccinations and have been spayed. I’m having a bit of a hard time with my human 3yr old brother. He is autistic and tends to be very excited around me, which turns into him being aggressive toward me and I think he’s playing and want to play too! Sometimes, my playing is too much for him. This is in no way my fault, mom says. She is just worried that one of us may get hurt one day. It’s getting too hard to separate him from me without me being in my crate for too long, so mom is looking for a loving home for me. She’s super sad about it. I have a great temperament and have never been aggressive toward any person or dog. I’m pretty cute too!!!

More about this rescue

We are a group of close friends that came together to help rescue, and network these babies in all high kill shelters. Our program works with fosters, we don't have a physical location but we place all of our dogs in qualified approve fosters to train them, socialized them and bring out their potential to get them ready for their new forever loving homes. All of our dogs that are available for adoption have been microchip, spayed or neutered, up to date on all shots and have been temperament tested to make sure they will succeed with their new families.
