My story

Teagan is a sweet baby girl looking for her people to love! She loves to play with her kitten toys and her siblings Rowan and Siobhan. She’d love to find a home with one of them or another kitten friend around.

She has done well with other kitties in her foster home. Given her personality, we believe she would do well with children and cat-friendly dogs if allowed time for an introduction.

Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, and vaccinations.

If you are interested in adopting, please go to our adoption page for more information on our adoption process and to complete our adoption application.

Please note: This kitten will only be adopted in a pair with a littermate or a similar age kitten (unless you have an existing kitten or young cat at home). This policy ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development.

Why adoption is a great option

Teagan, a Greensboro Japanese Bobtail cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Japanese Bobtail for sale in Greensboro, or seeking a Japanese Bobtail cat from a breeder in Greensboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greensboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greensboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Japanese Bobtail breeders who help with Japanese Bobtail rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greensboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
