Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We very much love Maisy, but found that we're no longer able to give her the attention she deserves. We have 2 children under 2 and unfortunately lost our support system. It's with a very heavy heart that we've come to this decision. However, keeping Maisy is simply unfair to her.
She's a great dog! We adopted her at 7 months old on 6/6/19. Her name was Dakota, but she's always been Maisy to us. She's alergic to chicken, so she eats poultry free food. She's a heavy shedder, prefers ouside exercise and running, but loves a lazy day. She's very smart (too smart)! She's fully house trained, knows a lot of commands and is very capable of learning more. It's rare that she barks. She will when chasing squirrels and when our much older dog won't stop barking, she becomes anxious and joins in. She LOVES people, other animals, kids and babies. If our children were older and able to be more active with Maisy we wouldn't be making this decision.
