My story

April was found and rescued along with 4 of her siblings. She is the only black and white kitten out of the bunch and is extremely adorable. She loves to explore, purr in your arms, and give little kisses. We would prefer her to be adopted out with one of her siblings but it is not required. April is beyond excited to find her forever home!

If you are interested in adopting April, please go to www.rockinrescue.org, fill out an application and email it over along with some pictures of your home to rescue@agwc501.org.

After application has been reviewed, we will be in touch to set up a meet and greet.

For any questions, feel free to schedule a free phone consultation with one of our adoption coordinators: https://calendly.com/rockinrescue/call

The application process also includes a Home Check in person.

Why adoption is a great option

April, a Woodland Hills Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Woodland Hills, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Woodland Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodland Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodland Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodland Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
