My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Popeye was rescued in our city and and no one came for him. He had tramua to his left eye and had a ruputered cornea. Our Pic-A-Pet Foundation had his eye removed and he is adjusting well to seeing out of one eye. He seems to want to chase the cats so maybe a home where there are no catswould be best for him.
