Reese’s Cup is a playful and fun-loving 7-week-old gray tabby kitten who is a polydactyl which means she has an extra toe! Some cultures believe a polydactyl kitty is a very lucky one!

Reese's Cup is an absolute lovebug who scurries into her foster human’s lap and hearts whenever she has a chance. She has been raised in a loving foster home with the foster family’s older Dalmatian and brothers, Cadbury, Twizzler, and Jellybean. Her kitten antics will provide endless entertainment and brighten even the gloomiest of days. Reese’s Cup approaches life with lots of curiosity and enthusiasm which keeps her excited about the world all day long! With boundless energy and charisma, Reese's Cup absolutely loves to play! But what thrills her most in life is sharing love with those around her.

This lovebug would love to find a forever home with one of her siblings. She can also be adopted alone as long as there is a young kitty friend in the home. Reese’s Cup can't wait to find a special family to cherish!

Reese's Cup and siblings will be altered around the third week of May and ready to go to their forever homes soon after. You can meet them and pre-adopt now!

Why adoption is a great option

Purrific Reese's Cup (Courtesy Post), a San Jose Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in San Jose, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in San Jose.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Jose already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Jose breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Jose paves the way for another one to be saved.
