Meet our girl Capri! This gorgeous, goofy redhead checks all the boxes. She is a 2 year old bulldog mix who weighs a petite 50 lb. She arrived from the South a week ago on the search for her forever family.
She is dog friendly, currently living with 3 other dogs of all sizes. She is happy to play with her fur siblings, or is content to throw her own toy around and play by herself. Capri also LOVES every human she meets. Did we mention she LOVES people? This girl will immediately climb into your lap and provide all the cuddles, she was a favorite at the vet clinic while she was there. We have cat tested her as well and she is feline friendly, paying no mind to the kitties. She walks well on the leash and loves to romp around and play.
So you must be asking what is this sweet girl’s flaw then? Well we don’t really consider it a “flaw” but rather something that just makes her more special! When she was pulled from the shelter she had an old injury in her hind end that was healing. It has been examined and x-rayed by a vet and determined to cause her no pain or lessen her quality of life. She can run and play and keep up with the other dogs, she just has a cute waddle gait because of it.
Capri is up to date on her vaccines and preventatives, heartworm negative and spayed. She is both house and crate trained as well. She is hanging out in York, PA and CANNOT wait to meet you. Apply today! 
We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
