Winnie is extremely lovable and prefers to always be with her people. She is playful and likes to go on walks, but her favorite thing to do is be a pure cuddles all day lap dog. She will sit and watch tv as long as you will let her. She has been in a home with children who have treated her like a baby and carried her around like one. Due to housing restriction changes, Winnie needs a new home. Her birthday is August 3, 2021.
