Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Lucy. I also answer to Goosie, Goose and Lucy MaGoose.

I am happiest when taking a walk, playing with my humans or cuddling up beside them. If I could sleep in a bed with a kid I’d be OVER THE MOON happy!!!

I am just starting to learn how to play with toys: tug-of-war is SO fun! I’m also very smart and with some training I know I can learn lots of tricks. For now, I know how to “Sit” (but, I’m a bit cheeky and usually sit for treats). I also understand “No” and “Stop”, but those are tricks are boring!

My very favorite thing is food. My vet says I’m a couple of pounds overweight, but she just doesn’t understand how yummy food is! She says if I get more walks and exercise I will be able to get more treats! Yippee!!!

You may have noticed my wonky eye: I’m blind on that side, but don’t worry - it happened when I was just a wee pup and doesn’t bother me at all. In fact, I am very low maintenance and only require getting my nails clipped and sanded every once and a while. I also love it when I get brushed. Mom says it helps with keeping my fur out of the house, but I just like how it feels. I get a bath about once a month or when I’m stinky (I put up with it because I have to, but secretly I’d prefer to be stinky).

I am a very well mannered dog. I’m house trained and will always let you know when I need to go outside to potty. I can “hold it” for about 10 hours. I won’t even beg when it’s the humans dinner time (I might sit a few feet away and give you “puppy eyes”, but I’ll NEVER beg). Also, I understand that I’m only allowed to play with my things and have never destroyed anything that does not belong to me (even when I’m alone!).
