My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh sweet Luna Some may remember Luna, she was pulled a little over a year ago from a high kill shelter. Her days were numbered and we got her out just in time. Her owner had surrendered her as a wolf hybrid and bc of that her fate was sealed from the get go and she was scheduled to die. We KNEW Luna was not a wolf, soon after pulling we ordered a DNA kit and sure enough. She didn't even have an ounce of wolf in her. She would have died for absolutely nothing! Luna is German Shepherd, Alaskan Malamute and Great Pyrenees. She is around 3 years of age and a very loving, quiet sweet girl. She is shy when meeting new people but once she gets to know you all she really wants is some love and a lap to lay her beautiful head in! Let's find Luna a home.. She told us she was ready! :) Luna must have a homeowner with a large fenced yard. She prefers to be outdoors as she was raised sadly on a chain outside by the family that surrendered her. She's never been indoors so she is not housebroken but a very docile, quiet, smart dog and we know she would love the inside *Part of the family* life if someone would offer her their heart. She's never known this. She is not good with cats, again as she has never been around them so her natural instinct as with most any dog not raised with cats is to chase them. She's a WONDERFUL dog just needs someone to give her a chance.

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

We do thorough legal background checks and call all references, landlords etc. Do not leave anything blank or we cannot process your app.

2.

Interview

We discuss the adoption and at this time answer any questions applicants may have

3.

Approve Application

If all checked out we then send approvals via email and adopters then can reserve with a deposit or set up a meet in greet if applicable.

4.

Sign Adoption Contract

We have a legally binding contract that must be signed before you can take your fur kid home.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is fairly simple as long as apps are filled out correctly and fully and all checks out. We do screen with a background check program and call vet references and personal references. If any of this is left blank we cannot and will not process applications. Meet and greets are set up after an applicant is approved. At that time if they wish to adopt then we have a legally binding contract that must be signed prior to taking pet home.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets
