My story

Meow Name is Earl is the most loving and chill sweetheart in all the land - and polite and smart to boot! This perfect cuddle buddy is just happy to hang out and get pets. He's even happy if you pick him up, he is just grateful to have humans to care for him. He was found by someone, and we are glad he did because his sweet and affectionate nature is sure to bring instant cheer to your home!
This adorably relaxed boy has only two toes on his front paw, but he certainly does not let it get him down. He is calm and independent, but also will never complain about snuggles from his friends. He is an expert biscuit maker who will happily and politely cuddle in your lap once he trusts you. This Dapper Dan is always dressed to impress with his handsome bowtie. He would do well in so many loving homes, including ones with other feline friends. He is sure brighten up your day with his adorable antics.

Meow Name is Earl has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Earl can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team. For further information or to meet Meow Name is Earl, please contact adopt@austinpetsalive.org.
