My story

5/10/2019

BoBo was rescued from a busy parking lot, where alot of the customers from the stores there, were worried about him. One Good Samaritan reached out to us and asked if we could take him in and luckily, we were able to. So he got him and brought him to us and gave us a donation to take care of his vet visit. He was already neutered as someone had taken him to a feral cat clinic and had him fixed. That's why he has an "eartip" on his right ear. He is definitely NOT feral. We had a full blood/urine panel done on him and everything came out great. He's a really sweet, affectionate guy, and would be SO happy to be adopted into a "forever" home.

If you are interested in adopting from Cat Posse, please visit our website, www.catposse.org and fill out the application on the cats page. You can also contact Sharon at sebastian_sophie@yahoo.com to have an application either e-mailed or faxed to you.

Why adoption is a great option

BoBo, a Pasadena Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Pasadena, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Pasadena.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pasadena already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pasadena breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pasadena paves the way for another one to be saved.
