My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pacha #9605 is an adorable 8-month-old male Shepherd mix. He is a friendly and smart boy with typical puppy energy. He is house trained. Pacha does know his name and responds to the commands sit, come, lay down and off. He is treat/food motivated. He is good meeting other dogs on walks and loves his foster canine brother. Typical of his age, he has lots of energy and will need daily dedicated exercise and playtime. He enjoys car rides. Pacha is working on leash etiquette and doing well. He is a chewer and can easily destroy a stuffed toy, we recommend strong toys and treats. He can get into things if left to his own devices; we recommend a crate if he is going to be on hos own for a bit. Pacha has a sensitive stomach, so do not give him people food. He loves a good run outside and his favorite activity is playing with ice cubes. He should be in a home without small children until he gets some more training under his belt. Pacha should be in a home without cats. He weighs 50 pounds and is nearly full grown. This pup is microchipped. We are working on crate training and socialization. Just like any puppy, this pup will need a loving home with an adopter that has the time to commit to continued puppy training to assist with leash and obedience training. This pup should be on heartworm preventative; an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! If you are interested in adopting this dog, and are already approved to adopt through our organization, please contact dogs@lastchanceanimalrescue.org with the pup’s name and ID number in the subject line. OTHERWISE, please submit an adoption application online: https://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoption-request-form/ E-mail dogs@lastchanceanimalrescue.org with questions.
