My story

Meet Winnie! Such a sweet sweet girl! Winnie has a heart of gold, but she is really shy with strangers. When we got her, it took her a few days to be comfortable in the house. She will need patient mom or dad! But the patience is worth it, as she is a total sweetheart when she does trust you. Good manors in the house, and loves to play outside. I think her ideal house would be with another medium size dog. She has been good with all our dogs, but doesn't know her size when playing with small dogs. Inquire about Minnie, she would love to meet you!

Why adoption is a great option

Winnie, a Justin Old English Sheepdog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Old English Sheepdog for sale in Justin, or seeking a Old English Sheepdog dog from a breeder in Justin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Justin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Justin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Old English Sheepdog breeders who help with Old English Sheepdog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Justin paves the way for another one to be saved.
