Here's what the humans have to say about me:
NAME: Fresa
BDAY : Dec 14, 2021
Personality
Fresa is as sweet as her name which means strawberry. Vet techs fall in love with her and even with all the other pets they see daily, they still remember her months later. Thats how sweet and cute she is! She is just content, happy, compliant, trusting and laid back. She fears no one, loves everyone, and is never a diva about anything. Polite in her curiosity and desire to be near you!
Background
Fresa's litter of 5 kittens are all extremely loving little cuddle balls who melt in your arms and love being picked up and held. Their momma Gigi is a beautiful, also extremely loving, all black young cat owned by a family who didn't get her spayed. They also let her go outdoors, which pretty much guarantees a pregnancy and resulting litter of unwanted kittens. They were going to go dump the kittens at 6 weeks old, but luckily acquaintences intervened who knew of GNAR. GNAR convinced them to keep the kittens with momma until 8 weeks old mimimum and to bring all kittens and momma to a foster home to be assessed and vaccinated. The kittens were all small for their age and needed 2 more weeks nursing with momma, dewormer and flea meds before they were good enough to get shots. Momma Gigi was spayed by GNAR volunteers and returned to her owner fully vaccinated and parasite free.
