Here's what the humans have to say about me:
NOTE: We do not adopt our fosters to anyone further than a 1-hour drive from Albany, NY.
Thorn is a one year boy looking for his forever home. He tolerates other cats (and is currently in a foster home with Ras where they get along fine but aren’t best buddies) but does like to be in charge. He may need a few days to settle in then he’ll be your best buddy. Although he doesn’t love being picked up he adores attention, being with you and getting lots of pets. Thorn is FIV positive. Don’t let that scare you. FIV isn’t passed to humans or other animal species and is only passed to other cats through a “deep, penetrating bite” (typically done only by unneutered feral males). It is not passed thru close contact, grooming, sharing food or litter boxes. FIV+ kitties can leave normal, long lives if kept safe inside. Please consider sweet Thorn. He’s a doll ❤️. Thorn can go to a home as an only cat or with another cat that isn’t domineering or aggressive.
