CHETT is a 1 year old black male Labrador retriever weighing in at 58 lbs of awesomeness.
He was in rural Louisiana and found his way onto the porch of some folks living nearby, waiting to get in! Get in he did- but when they were moving it turned out that he wasn't going with them.
Enter a good samaritan who (even tho she had a broken pelvis herself) took Chett into her home and family, and he found rescue with NYSRR.

Chett gets along great with other dogs, plays with the kids in this home, and especially loves his foster Dad!
He has been a good house guest, but he is ready for a home of his own. He will make a great family dog.
