PLEASE scroll down and read the ENTIRE BIO. It is lengthy but has ALL INFO we know. Emailing and asking for more info is only going to hold up your process and risk your chances of the dog you want being gone. POE is in SALEM, Ohio. HE is fully vetted including neuter/microchip/rabies/Bordetella/parvo distemper vaccine/worming/heartworm lyme test/heartworm-flea prevent while at the shelter. We do not ship dogs, we do not transport dogs, we do not hold dogs. You must be ready to adopt within 72 hours upon approval.
FULLY VETTED ADOPTION FEE is: $200
** PLEASE NOTE: Since we are a shelter, the majority of our dogs have not had the luxury of a foster home. As a result, what we post in reference to their behavior, temperament, likes/dislikes etc is only what we witness here and not in a home atmosphere. ALSO, the breed mix posted is simply a GUESS on our part, we DO NOT do DNA testing.
WHO'S READY FOR SOME BIG LOVE???? Well, here I am! Folks here are guessing my age to be around 1-2 yrs old and I am currently tipping the scales at a slight 67 lbs (most of which is my head lol). I absolutely LOVE you humans, any size, any age....I enjoy all of you! Giving kisses, playing fetch, cuddling, taking walks, enjoying car rides, watching TV and well, just about anything! I also like other dogs so if you have another dog(s) I would be excited to meet you and him/her at the same time. Gotta be honest, I will need work on my potty habits but since my job is to please my peeps I plan to do my share by giving it my all. I love me some treats, I sit patiently waiting and I am super gentle when taking them. Toys?? Yes please, the more the better!! Besides being extremely handsome, I have a sweet gentle nature that makes me even more loveable! Due to having a "not so nice" male owner, I am very leery of men. However, once I know that they are one of the "good ones" I warm up. I should mention that I have a doggie girlfriend here named Miss Charlotte and we love each other so if you have a female dog(s)....well, that is where my hear lies. The male dogs are ok with me too, but those sexy female ones just make my tail wag more!! If all the above sounds like we could be a match, then fill out that application so we can meet up.
