Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This gorgeous blonde, blue-eyed girl is Asia. She's a 12-year-old, 52 pound Husky.
Asia is happy, funny and the typical chatty Husky. She is super easy to have around and absolutely loves being around her people. She plays for a little while and then is happy to chill afterwards.
Asia is sweet, easy going and intelligent, she loves attention but at the same time she is very independent. She will ask you to walk her twice per day (she has some arthritis, so short walks are best for her). She is well mannered and obedient, she does not get on the furniture and prefers the coolness of the floor. Going for a ride? No problem! Asia will be your best co-pilot, just make sure the window is halfway down as she loves the wind blowing on her face. She enjoys the outdoors and would love a fenced-in yard to hang out in!
Asia wants all the attention to herself ;-) so she would need to be the only pet in the house.
If you’re interested in meeting Asia, please go to our website, safepawsrescue.com, and complete the Adoption Application. Our application process includes a home visit and veterinarian and/or personal check. Safe Paws Rescue is a small rescue in St. Petersburg, FL so we accept inquiries from residents in Pinellas County only, please.
