My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Myrtle was a stray cat that I began to feed outside my home for 6 years (I don't know her exact age). I know she is spayed. A year ago, I moved and brought her with me to my new location where she continued live outdoors. However, I recently relocated again, and I was no longer able to keep her outdoors. I decided to move her inside my home, but unfortunately family members are allergic to her, and I have had to isolate her to a bedroom. She learned to use the litter box immediately and seems to enjoy being inside. Because she lived outdoors, she can sometimes feel insecure with loud and unfamiliar noises or quick movements (she will run and hide). She likes her alone time and will seek out human attention and affection when she wants it. She likes routines and being brushed. She needs someone who is very experienced with cats and understands cat behavior.
