Gorgeous Layla is looking for her furever home!

This beautiful, sweet 52lbs girl is a shepherd/husky mix and is about 3 years old. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccines.

Layla is extremely loving, playful, goofy and loyal. She is housebroken, loves her crate, knows come/sit/down, and is fantastic in the car. She takes treats gently and loves meal time.

Once she gets to know you, Layla wants to be your best friend. She enjoys cuddling and watching TV just as much as she loves to play and run with you.

This wonderful girl was undoubtedly abused before she ended up at the shelter. However, she demonstrates her resilience every day through her incredible intelligence, trainability and devotion to those who show her they are worthy of trust.

While Layla is timid with new people, she does have the ability to build an unbreakable connection with you if you give her time and treats. Once she trusts you, she wants to be with you as much as possible. She just needs love, time and patience. She is SO worth it!

We've found she does great with structure and having a human she knows has her back.

Layla is good with submissive, calm dogs and seems to prefer males to females. She would enjoy a home with a chill dog that she can look to for direction.

She is also good with respectful kids.
