Adopt Remy!

Rémy is truly an expert at being a kitten. He loves his zoomie time, where he goes from 0 to 80 very quickly, and is skilled at chasing his mousies up and down the hallway. He may be nervous when he first arrives in your home and will probably hide under something so he can observe you. But once you give him a little time and some gentle petting, he will turn into Mr. Purrball in just a few days. He likes being gently wrapped in a towel like a burrito and will fall asleep after some head pets! He has perfect litter box habits and is also a very good eater.

Rémy seems VERY interested in getting to know his older house kitty and wants to get close to him. He approaches Otis very deferentially. Also, Rémy has definitely reached the insane loco stage of kitten hood. He would LOVE to find a home with another kitty playmate!

Remy is neutered, vaccinated, disease tested and microchipped by the Feline Rescue Association and comes with all medical records.

Submit Application

If you would like to meet one of our adoptable cats/kittens please visit our website www.baltimorecats.org to get preapproved!

2.

Interview

An adoption counselor will process your app and contact you with any questions. Once approved they will send your information to the foster.

3.

Meet the Pet

Once your application has been approved, the foster or counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet - virtually or in-person.

4.

Sign Adoption Contract

Once you've met your match, your foster/counselor will guide you to sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee! Happy Tails!

Additional adoption info

All of our cats are altered, vaccinated (age-appropriate), tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, microchipped, dewormed and treated for fleas before adoption. We expect your current pets to be as well. Our adoption fees are as follows: $90 for any cat over 6 months $150 for a pair of cats over 6 months $125 for a kitten under 6 months $210 for two kittens under 6 months If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at baltimorecats@gmail.com If you are interested in adopting this cat, please complete our adoption application and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We have many wonderful cats and kittens for adoption! We do adoptions generally by appointment only. All of our cats are fostered in individual foster homes throughout the Baltimore Metro Area. Meet/Greets can be arranged virtually, at the foster's home, at an adoption event, and/or at a mutually agreed upon venue (e.g. Petco or Petsmart). We hold adoption events periodically throughout the Baltimore Metro area, including Petco Gambrills, Petco Owings Mills, Loyal Companion Baltimore, and others!

Our cats/kittens are fully vetted with age appropriate vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped, FeLV and FIV tested. We expect adopters pets to be as well.
