Gibs is a mountain cur who was born about 12/15/21. He is about 30 lbs and has the most beautiful brindle coat! He is very good in his kennel and sleeps through the night! He is house trained and has not had any accidents in the house!

He is vocal when unsure of things outside, but quiets quickly when corrected. He is working on realizing everything is not a danger. He is a bit unsure of the resident cats, but just barks at them to alert us they exist.

Gibbs absolutely loves children (his foster family has ages 13, 10, 7 and 5) and is the most gentle around them. He LOVES belly rubs and will do just about anything to get one. He is great on a leash and on walks.

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, rabies vaccination if age appropriate, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Distemper combo vaccines appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm and flea/tick preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $595.00

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs please go to www.ndlbrescue.org and submit an application for adoption. Please check out our website for any questions you may have before emailing us. Adoption Application and Contract are required. If adopted dog is under 4 months old, a spay/neuter contract is required along with a spay/neuter deposit. Before the dog will be placed in the potential adopter's home, a home visit will be required. Adoption fees range from $125.00-$650.00 but are listed with every dog.

We are a 99% volunteer and foster run 501c3 non-profit rescue, operating in the state of Minnesota. We do not have a facility. All of our dogs are in private loving homes until they are adopted.
