My story

Meet Bliss!

Bliss is a female White Crested Guinea Pig with a distinctive white spot atop her head. We think she is about 6 months old. Her short, smooth coat is mostly dark reddish-brown, except her face and hind end which are white with a little butterscotch. She has a very punk hairstyle. She is a bit shy. Her favorite hiding spot is to sit on top of her igloo house. Her short coat makes her easy to care for. This breed is known for being especially intelligent. She not a picky eater. She loves parsley, cilantro, romaine, red leaf lettuce and all color bell peppers.

She is currently hanging out with two other guinea pigs Bubbles and Buttercup, who are also available for adoption. Check out their profiles, too!

Note: gender and age are our best guess.

She is currently being cared for by our rescue, but would like a family of her very own. The adoption fee of $35 EACH will benefit other CPR rescue animals.

More about this rescue

CPR is a foster/volunteer based rescue, with a 501c(3) non-profit status, dedicated to rescuing stray and abandoned animals. We do not have a central "shelter" as all of our animals are placed in foster homes until forever homes can be found. Our goal is to rescue as many animals as we can safely manage thru foster homes. We rescue dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, birds and other small animals.
