My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Greetings! I’m an easy going, happy gal looking for my forever home where I can learn and love! I’m as sweet as can be-I’m very affectionate, fun, and such a loyal friend! I can’t wait to find a forever home of my very own.

I am such a fun pup! I have a great balance of wanting to hang out around the house with you but then also am ready for going on walks, hikes, and other adventures when you’re ready for some outdoor time! I love to play with my stuffed animals and bones. I’m potty trained and eager to learn new things all the time!

I love other dogs and do really well with the two dogs in my foster home! I am VERY playful and sometimes get a little too amped up in my play. So I’d do best in a home with another energetic, playful dog who can keep up with my play antics. I also need to be in a cat-free home as I am very eager to chase cats and am much too curious about them. I would do great in a home with older kids as I do great with the older kiddo in my foster home!

I’d also benefit from someone who has experience and or has done their research on huskies overall. We are AWESOME dogs but we do have some “quirks” and general training needs. Huskies have a tendency to be escape artists and I absolutely need to be in a secure home (and if I have a backyard, I need a 6ft fence and would do best having only supervised time in the backyard until I am well trusted in that space.) I also would do best in a home where my humans are home more often than not (or who can take me along with them to work!) As I am doing well on my own for short periods of time but really prefer being with my humans.

Are you that safe, loving family I’ve been searching for? Please learn more about the adoption process and fill out an application at https://pawsco.org/adopt/adoption-process. Or contact my friends at PawsCo at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org if you have questions. I look forward to meeting you!
