My story

Donut's mom was rescued in South Korea from being sold into the dog meat trade. When our rescue partners brought her to the vet to spay her they discovered she was pregnant and gave birth the next day! Surprise! Even though these pups were born in the safety of the shelter they still have not had it easy. They beat Parvo at 8 weeks old and now they are looking for their furever homes! They all love dogs and people, and would be great additions to the family.

Donut will be able to take his freedom flight to LAX in July or August when he is old enough (they must be at least 4 months to fly) In order to fly them over we need to have a foster or adopter lined up!

Why adoption is a great option

Donut, a Los Angeles Jindo dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jindo for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Jindo dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jindo breeders who help with Jindo rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
