My story

Emilio is a very rare breed, called an American Ringtail. His tail is always curled around like a pugs tail! The only time he relaxes that curl is when he's sleeping! He eats, plays, and runs with a fully curled tail, or his tail laying up the length of his back!! Please research this breed. Emilio is an absolute love, and is going to be absolutely gorgeous as he grows! He is also a complete nutcase, lol. This kitty has energy unmatched! Therefore, he must be adopted with another of the kittens in his foster home, or to a home with another active young kitty. Though he doesn't have a problem playing by himself, he's happiest with playmates to run and wrestle with. He's one of the happiest kitties I've ever known! He's about 16 weeks old, but extremely petite! He will, undoubtedly, remain tiny. Emilio is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heart worm. American Ringtails have only been recognized as a breed since 1998, and average $500 to $1000. Picture is from when he was littler, as it shows his tail the best. Please email for an updated pic.

Adoption fee is $300

Additional adoption info

We have a three page adoption application, which includes permission to do vet checks, question landlords, etc. We have a contract that must be filled out and signed by both adopter and rescue representative, stating that adopters will not declaw the cat or kitten, and will not allow them to be free roaming outdoors. Our adoption fee, at the time of this registration, is $150, which includes full vetting.

Go meet their pets

Our cats are all in foster homes that allow potential adopters to meet their foster kitties. We, also, have adoption events every other weekend.

More about this rescue

We are a small cat rescue. We save as many as we can. It is our life's passion to do what we do. You have to be strong and you have to be able to say no at times. You have to be smart about how many you take in, to make sure that the ones that you have get the best of care.
