Once your application is approved, the WI manager will call you to discuss adoption, answer questions and set up a private meet and greet if you are interested.
This process can take up to 7 days.

Jasper is a 1 and a half year old, Rat Terrier mix.
Jasper came to us from a hoarding situation in Texas. He is a bit confused as to what all is happening, but will warm up once he realizes he can trust you. He gets along well with other dogs and would love another dog friend in his forever home. He would prefer a quiet household where he can lay in a sunny window and go for leisurely walks. Jasper is hoping for a great owner that will give him a little time to settle in so he can be his happy self again.
He currently weighs 22 pounds.
As always, we never guarantee the breed OR the size they'll be as an adult.
