My story

Meet Jack! This 1-year-old charmer is an energetic little pup loves to be with his person. He was raised in foster care after coming to AFRP from New Beginnings Rescue. Jack absolutely loves the company of other dogs! His play is determined by his playmate; he's very gentle with small puppies and smaller dogs, while able hold his own against larger breed dogs. He is very good on a leash and loves to say hi to other furry friends while out and about, while being a bit on the timid side around their humans. It is adorable when he gets the zoomies and runs all around the house or yard! He would be a fantastic dog to welcome into your pack!

An adult adopter or family with gentle teens would be best for him. Because of his love for other dogs we are seeking to place him into a home with another friendly dog companion.

Jack is currently in foster care. Meet and greets can be arranged once your online application has been received and approved. Visit http://www.animalfriendsrescue.org for our online dog application.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees help to cover the cost of the care the animal has received during their time with us, including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchipping, deworming, and flea treatment and basic foster care.

All potential adopters complete an application and are screened using a standardized series of questions by a trained adoption counselor. If the application and screening are satisfactory, a qualified adopter can complete a contract, pay the adoption fee and take the animal home.
