Found tied to a chain behind the shelter on a hot and sunny day, same humans who had dumped Carlos did this to Marvel. She is around 6. to 7. Still a little skiddish. Was house trained, now not sure. Very quiet. I have been told she has a howl bark sound, kills cats and may be able to jump over a fence.
