My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jake might be one of the very sweetest cats around! Jake was turned into the shelter when his owner could no longer care for him. Jake had some health issues that needed addressed. Due to a disease called stomatitis Jake had to have all his teeth removed. Jake eats both dry and wet food. Jake is friendly with other cats and dogs both but due to not having teeth ideally he would be best in a single pet home. Jake is a little shy, and would like a quiet home. No small kids for Jake.

Visit inapl.org to print out an adoption application. If you are interested in a specific pet please remember to write their name and kennel number(there are multiple animals with the same name in our shelter.)

Cat/kitten adoption fee: $85
Includes: Spay/neuter, FIV/Feline Leukemia/Heartworm testing, vaccinations, rabies shot (for those old enough), wormer, microchip and a free vet visit at participating vets.

***Cats adopted from PetSmart (Anderson location) get an adoption packet from PetSmart with valuable coupons for a free bag of food, discounted toys, etc.

Dog/Puppy adoption fee: $100
Includes: Spay/neuter, Heartworm test, vaccinations, rabies shot (for those old enough), wormer, microchip and a free vet visit at participating vets.

Dogs from the F.I.D.O. shelter dog prison program adoption fee: $150
Includes: Spay/neuter, vaccinations, rabies shot, Heartworm test, microchip, wormer, a free vet exam to use at a participating vet. They are also crate trained, house trained and know their 5 basic commands.
