My story

Beautiful Lexie is a 1.5 year old kitty cat looking for her forever home! This sweet girl came to us from southern Colorado with her 6 kittens who have all found their homes and now she is ready to find her own family! Lexie is an easygoing girl who loves a good pet and a nice perch to lay on to watch the birds. She should do well in a home with kids and other friendly cats but we are not sure about dogs. As we learn more about Miss Lexie, we will update you! Lexie is already spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines!

*Lexie is currently in a foster home, if you are interested in meeting her, please call us at (970)328-3647 so we can connect you with her foster!

More about this shelter

Eagle County Animal Shelter and Services handles all of the animal control and animal shelter services for Eagle County. We are a small shelter and are considered a no kill for space shelter. We are always looking for volunteers, foster homes, and item donations. If you are interested in donating to the shelter we have a wish list available that includes lots of items that we use everyday here at our shelter to benefit the dogs and cats directly. Please call us at 970-328-DOGS if you are interested in volunteering. We love to have people come in to socialize our cats and walk and socialize the dogs. Come see us!!
