Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue
AFFECTIONATE AND OUTGOING
Meow! My name is Candi. My estimated date of birth is 10/8/2021. We are all so proud of Candi and the progress she has made since first coming to our rescue. Candi is now one of our free roaming office kitties, and is one of the first to greet visitors and volunteers alike. She will chirp happily when being petted. She has the most silky soft fur, almost like rabbit's fur. She loves laser pointers and wand toys. Candi has been very gentle with children who have visited with her.
She has come such a long way from that scared 8 month old kitten who cowered in her cage, not wanting to be touched. She was rescued in an alley with her brother Gabriel, and did not have access to food or shelter. She was in a foster home for a few months and loved playing with the other cats and sitting with her foster mom on her couch. She loves temptations treats and friskies wet food. She would make a great addition to a home. Candi is at kitty corner and can't wait to meet the perfect family for her.
Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family! Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year. Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info. Be sure to check us out on Facebook at bit.ly/KittyCornerFB and "LIKE" our page and share our posts!
SAVING ONE CAT MAY NOT CHANGE THE WORLD...BUT FOR THAT ONE CAT, THE WORLD CHANGES FOREVER!
