Charlie was the beloved pet and emotional support for a young man raised in the foster care system. Our team at HES stepped in to help find placement in a loving new home for Charlie. He is a love bug with people and is an enthusiastic greeter. He has spent time around a lot of different people and has never known a stranger. However, he is not as comfortable around other dogs and needs to be the only dog in the family. He loves toys! Give him a box full of toys and he is entertained for hours. Charlie is waiting for a loving, understanding home with a family that is willing to finish his education on being a good citizen.
