My story

Ragnar is quite the handsome boy with his vivid blue eyes! Ragnar makes the cutest noises. While sleeping he often snores and he has been known to snort from time to time. Ragnar also has a fascination with the kittens here at mghs. He will often follow them around and he just likes to sniff or stare at them. We were told from previous owners that he bites but the staff here at mghs has never had a problem with him biting, so we think that it may be an overstimulation issue. Ragnar would need to go to a home with other cats that are confident and not easily bullied. We've noticed that he will intimidate some of the female cats into leaving a food bowl or bed etc.. with his size and stare downs. Overall Ragnar is a good boy that is waiting to find his furever home.

Go meet their pets

Our open hours are: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from Noon until 5 PM. We also will open at other times by appointment. Just call us and we'll try to arrange a more convenient time for you to stop by. To find us, go to the Greene County Landfill, just before the entrance, turn left toward the park, and we're the first building on the left. You can also find us with some of our cats, every other Saturday at the Ruckersville Tractor Supply!
