Bedford, NY: Adorable 18 month old AMBER is looking for a foster or adopter to save her life. This 41 lb. sweetheart was found starving on the street, very malnourished and understandably does not want to be disturbed when she’s eating. (We get that!) This starving baby quickly won the hearts of the shelter staff and it became clear to them that she was starving also for love. Amber loves to go on walks, especially if she can take her stuffed animals with her! and she is a medium energy girl. She would do best in a home with no other pets, although she’s fine walking by other dogs. The volunteer trainer at the Shelter says she is a super intelligent little girl, and very quick to learn. Amber is spayed, has all her shots and is microchipped. Oh and she loves to have her back scratched and cuddle with her person.
