My story

Meet Hero!

Hero is a 2-year-old compact American Staffordshire Terrier. He weighs around 55 pounds of love and sweetness. Hero is good with other dogs and has been super friendly and sweet with our volunteers. He walks very well on a leash and doesn’t pull. Hero gives kisses, takes treats gently, and is good in a crate.  We have not had the chance to have Hero around kids, but he’s been so great with people, that we think he would do fine with older kids. He’s a gorgeous brindle and he even has a smile on his cute face. Don't let Hero's size fool you, he's strong therefore would do best in a home with a fully enclosed yard to run and play in. We always recommend a home that will offer stability, structure, consistency, love, and training to set Hero up for success.

If you would like to meet adorable Hero, please submit a completed adoption application found under the forms tab. This way, we can schedule a meet and greet. He can also be found on all of our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez.

If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our

pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome

new short or long-term doggie foster families. We much appreciate the  help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and safety of a home, and we supply you with everything else you may need, dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if required), etc. If you  are interested, please visit  www.doggiebonez.com  to see all of our

available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application.

More about this rescue

Our name is Doggie Bonez Rescue. We love animals, and our goal is to save as many lives as we can. We are primarily a bully breed rescue, but we welcome all furry babies alike. We rescue our dogs from all sorts of situations, get them cleaned up, seen and evaluated by our Veterinary team, fed, bathed, housed, walked and most of all loved. We try and find the right fit for both the adopter and the dog so that it is a win win for everyone. Please contact us to learn more about our rescue. Thank you, Doggie Bonez Rescue
