My story

Capt. Shawn is a very lucky boy that was found in a local Tennessee community park where he and 10 other kittens were dropped off with a play of food and only God left to watch over them all.  These little 12 week old kittens were a little confused when a kind lady discovered them coming to the edge of the wooded clearing.   But what she discovered were all 11 kittens ready to run up to you for love and attention.  She couldn’t leave them there.   Now Critter Cavalry Rescue has them in their foster care and every foster family hosting these kittens have raved about how sweet, loving, gentle and healthy they are all.   Someone loved them and cared for them as they grew up and then somehow decided they had to leave them at a wooded park area.   Confusing to us and lucky that God sent a special lady to discover them quickly before tragedy struck.  Capt. Shawn is ready on June 18th to become a part of a special cat loving family.  He is litterbox trained and loves to be held and petted.   He will mesh with any other cats or dogs in your home and will be wonderful with children too!  If you are interested please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   He is ready to pack his little bag and come join you.

More about this rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Companion Rescue give them a chance to have a life?
