My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, Luther here!

I’ve been in PA for 3 weeks now and I’m wondering why nobody has asked to meet me yet. I am hoping that changes soon as I really want to find a family to call my own. I am a sweet 1.5 year old, neutered bully mix, and I have so many positive traits. Here are just a few:
I enjoy dogs big and small
I also get along with cats
I love meeting new people, including little ones (as long as they’re okay with me jumping out of excitement sometimes)
♥️  My favorite things to do include cuddling and giving tons of kisses to my humans, playing with dogs and toys, and taking naps.
I love going for car rides
‍♀️  I would do well with a family that enjoys walks, but can also kick back and relax
 I am house trained
I have no food to toy aggression

I am up to date on vaccines and preventives and heartworm negative. If you think that I may be a fit for your family, please apply for me at  www.pack9rescue.org.  I will be waiting for you in Wellsville, PA!

We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs.  Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. We are an all-volunteer organization, and we are always looking for more help. Learn more about adopting from us or volunteering for us at www.pack9rescue.org or check us out on Facebook for more information and a complete list of dogs available for adoption.
