Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jax is looking for a new home. He is a 7 month old Texas Heeler (born 12/25/21). He loves people, water, and adventure. He is very high energy but he’s the best behaved when he’s going for walks, whether it’s on a trail in the woods or through the hardware store, he really just wants to be with his human. He's a big lap dog!
If he has any access to water he LOVES to splash around in it, whether it’s a mud puddle, a kiddie pool, or a river.
He needs a human best friend who will let him be their shadow and go on all the adventures together. A young and active single person or couple where he can bond with one person would be the perfect fit. Once he has his forever human he will be loyal for life.
Because of his high energy he doesn't do well with kids or lower energy dogs, although I think he would do best as the only dog. He is cat reactive but just licks them if they get too close.
He comes microchipped and with a full sized crate, collar and leash, and food bowl.
