My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nago is a 7 month cane corso/pitbull mix in need of a new home for a patient, experienced (preferably) large breed dog lover. He is almost 70 lbs, has a lot of energy, not too much of a barker, and up to date on rabies/shots (with one more booster needed). He is semi-house broken and still intact. We are searching for a loving owner who will have the time, space, and dedication for him to grow and thrive. He knows basic commands (sit, down, paw) but will need more puppy training to work on refraining from jumping and non aggressive play biting when overstimulated or excited. We had to downsize and the new landlord will not allow us to keep him. He will do best in a larger space with a yard, more time for training, and an active owner. He is friendly with other dogs and will do well around children once the jumping and excited play biting is addressed. When left alone for extended periods of time, he may chew on things he is not supposed to but that has been getting less frequent.
